Andrea M a r i a Hintermaier is a German - Austrian actress, director and coach. After studying acting in Berlin she has been working for several international theater- and filmproductions worldwide. At the beginning of her career she stares in Monogamy for Beginners at the Max Ophuels Price and works for several theaters such as the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam and the Lower Saxony Theater. After working as an assitant director in 2001 for plays such as Stella and the Power of Habit at the National Theater of Nuremberg, Andrea  M a r i a  directs the plays Closer, Gretchen 89ff and Autum Dream. In 2008 she establishes the acting school Young Talents for kids and teenagers, launches the Coachingstudio An Open Space and coaches for several companies such as Columbia Pictures and TeamWorx. In 2013 she produces the movie Bruno, stares in Schoenefeld Boulevard at the Munich Filmfestival and in the series Storm of Science. Since 2015 she is living in New York City, cooperating with the Nature Theater of Oklahoma and at the Brick Theater of Brooklyn. As well as starring in movies such as Yellow Flower, Dalliance, and Cold. And she is currently developing three films to debut in 2016. Her specialty in coaching lies in an holistic support, resolving the blocks that keep actors from acting and supporting them in finding their own method. Her teaching include Meisner technique, Stanislawski,  Michael Tschechow, Keith Johnstone, Susan Batson, Script Analysis, Scene Study, Improvisation, Language and Camera Acting.


Julia Sophie Mink is a German actress and coach. After studying acting in Berlin in 2004, she works in various tv and movie productions such as Nonsense, Dating Daisy, Here I come again and Alone with my neighbours. At the same time she studies psychological drama in Berlin and starts her work as a coach in 2009. Ever since Julia Sophie Mink teaches in several companies and acting school as well as in private lessons in various parts of Germany. In her coaching she combines acting techniques with the psychological drama. She teaches acting techniques based on Susan Batson and supports the personal empowerment of her students as well.


Christine Mertens is a German actress and coach for over 18 years. After studying acting in Berlin, she performs in many leading roles such as Gretchen, Desdemona and Caroline in several theaters in East Germany and gets an audience price for her role as The little prince. She is working as a freelancer since 2006 in theaters such as the new stage Senftenberg and the Intimate theater in Landshut. She also stares in movies and commercials and receives an audience price for Hallo Heinz at the Kitaso Filmfestival in Bavaria. Since 2012 she is working for several theaters in Bavaria. As a coach she works with kids and teenagers as well as with adults. Her focus lays in auditionpreparation, scenestudy, bodylanguage and resilience.


Sarah Maria Besgen is a German actress and coach. As a teenager she worked for the Dancetheater in Siegen and several German TV series and finally became famous as Miriam Brehm in Red Roses. Sarah Maria Besgen was seen in over 740 episodes. Today she regularly works for film, tv, theater and commercials such as Alarm für Cobra 11, Das Traumschiff, Soko and the Austrian crime series Copstories. In 2006 Sarah Maria Besgen was educated in drama therapy at the FH University in Dortmund, worked at the psychiatry in Hamburg and started dealing with the therapeutic aspects of acting. Since 2012 she has been constantely working as a coach. Besgen's focus lies in camera acting, preparation for auditions and careermarketing. She uses methods similar to Larry Moss, Susan Batson and MK Lewis. 


Andrea Isabell Schwemmer is a German actress and coach. She studies theatre, film and acting in Berlin and is a member of various ensembles such as the Hansotto Theater, the Westphaliann Intimate Theater and various international theater groups. She tours with her show Sex is a  pleasure in Bavaria, shoots for TV channels such as rbb and Walt Disney England and works on a one woman show based on Elizabeth Taylor in conjunction with the Susan Batson Studio in NYC. She is also the leadsinger of a Berlin Swing Band and a host for international film festivals such as INTERFILM and KUKI. Since 2012 she has been working as a coach for the acting school Young Talents. Her work as a coach is based on Michael Tschechow, Sanford Meisner, and Susan Batson. Due to her Master in Reiki, she puts a holistic focus in her students, in order to strengthen personal growth and acting work likewise.


Anna-Lena Kuehner studied theatre- and media science and padagogy at the University of Erlangen and received her MA in 2006. During this time she worked as a directing assistant, e.g. at theaters in Coburg, Bielefeld and Basel. In 2006, she continued her graduate studies in stage directing at the University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Frankfurt and worked as a directing assistant at the National Theater in Mannheim, where she directed her diploma. Ever since she directed various plays and performances for several German theatres and received various invitations to theatre festivals throughout the world. Besides her directorial work she offers acting training and theoretical theater workshops. She also teaches modern German theatre literature at Middlebury College, Vermont and directed plays at the Wright theatre, Middlebury.
